EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and CO-FOUNDER. Omolola “Lola” Adele-Oso is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Act4Accountability. Born in Nigeria, Lola is an architect, Africanpreneur, philanthropist, and change catalyst. She advocates for the need to address the social inequities and disparities affecting vulnerable populations in our society, especially communities of color.

Lola is the recipient of the Hal Kellner Award for Social Justice and is featured in the U.S International Organization for Migration (IOM) #IamaMigrant campaign. Lola is a White House United States of Women “Nominated Changemaker” and was a 2018 SXSW presenter. She has appeared on BBC World Service, Al Jazeera, Straight Talk Africa, National Public Radio’s  Lola has written for The Guardian and was featured in Black Enterprise, The Daily Beast, Devex, CNN, and Washington Post.

JENNIFER SOBA PEARSE

COUNTRY LIAISON OFFICER (NIGERIA).  Jennifer is a young thought leader in the international development sector. She is passionate about community development, state building, and active citizenship.  Jennifer founded GivebackNigeria, a social responsibility organization focused on getting young Nigerians involved in their communities. She joins Act4Accountability to foster inclusion and greater citizen participation in Africa. 

CHINEME EZEKWENNA

PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR.  Chineme is the Public Relations Coordinator for Act4Accountability.  Chineme is a Nigerian America and is an international development practitioner with experience working on three continents. Chineme first joined the ACT4 community in 2014 at the first protest at the Nigerian Embassy and has since been involved in other ACT4 advocacy and community efforts. She strongly believes in the vision and the power of people of African descent to act as catalysts for social change and development within their communities and countries. She is an avid traveler and passionate about Africans and  in her spare time she blogs at TravelingWithChi.com.  

CALLUM HEPBURN

GRAPHIC DESIGNER.   Callum currently resides in Peterhead, Scotland and received his Bachelors in Graphic Design from the University of Dundee. Since then he has always striven to contribute to the world using his skills in an impactful and professional way. With a diverse wealth of relevant experience with non-profits and the private sector, Callum provides a wide variety of design solutions and promotional material necessary to promote Act4Accountability’s mission and values.

O. ISAAC FALUSI, ESQ.

BOARD CHAIR.  O. Isaac Falusi is the managing attorney at TF PARTNERS, PC and his practices focus on all areas of immigration law, advising business clients on Sub-Saharan African markets under international trade law and commerce matters.  He was the first to be chosen among four to work as a legal associate at the Office of the Prosecutor of United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. He interned for one of the teams that prosecuted war crimes and crimes against humanity.

CRYSTAL NWACHU

VICE-CHAIR of BOARD.  Crystal is an experienced program manager who has worked as an advocate and change agent in the non-profit sector for over 10 years. Her primary areas of expertise include youth development programming; immigrant advocacy and civic engagement (international and domestic).

LUKE CHERNOSKY

TREASURER.   Luke is the Founder and Managing Partner of Chernosky Capital LLC. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Mauritius-based commodities exchange, Exportunity, and the Washington DC-based North-America Africa Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Chernosky is the Editor-in-Chief of TechChern and he cares about building stronger business institutions in Africa.
Mr. Chernosky worked in Lagos, Nigeria as an Associate at Adlevo Capital, the first Nigeria-based venture capital firm. From 2010 to 2012, and closed the first 3 deals of Adlevo’s maiden fund, in West Africa’s technology infrastructure sector.
